WHAT WE DO
An ex-Natwest Bank building, transformed into an outstanding residential and commercial development.
Sterling Capital’s team stayed true to the original character of the building, adding bright, spacious light spaces for the flow of modern life.
Originally a part three, part two storey building, successful planning transformed Sterling House into a stunning 5 storey iconic building creating a new landmark in Ealing, London.
Originally 2 separate commercial buildings, the properties were converted into a single residential development of high-end studios,1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Acquired on an unconditional basis, and having 3 prior planning rejections, our team secured both the required change of use via Permitted Development and an increase in height and area via Full Planning Applications.
Purchased off-market, Sterling Capital’s Acquisitions team identified the site as an excellent source of capital appreciation due to planning potential and proximity to Crossrail.
John Stewart House
A former pub once called Hero of Maida, John Stuart House will offer luxury residential units in Little Venice - Maida Vale, one of London’s most desirable locations.
The project provides exclusive 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with the addition of a select number of mews houses.
Retaining the character of the original building our designers are creating the most advanced technology-focused living experience for residents.
Bespoke kitchens, floors, bathrooms and finishes complete this exclusive development.

We proudly support Home4Home and work in partnership with TECHO
TECHO is a youth led non-profit organisation centered in Latin America & the Caribbean. Through collaborative work of families living in extreme poverty and youth volunteers, TECHO seeks to overcome poverty in slums.
TECHO firmly believes that poverty can be permanently eradicated if society as a whole recognises it as a priority and actively works towards overcoming it.
Therefore, TECHO pursues three strategic objectives:
(1) The promotion of community development in slums, through a process of community strengthening that promotes representative and validated leadership, and drives the organization and participation of thousands of families living in slums to generate solutions to their own problems.
(2) Fostering social awareness and action, with special emphasis on generating critical and determined volunteers working with the families living in slums while involving different social entities.
(3) Political advocacy that promotes necessary structural changes to ensure that poverty does not continue reproducing, and that it begins to decrease rapidly.
