We strongly believe in adding value to the assets we acquire through enhanced management, physical improvement and commercial development.
We aim to become a source of opportunities for private and institutional equity providers.
Each investment opportunity is analysed thoroughly and risk is assessed to ensure added value to each investment, based on cash-on-cash returns as well as sectoral, economic, currency and other factors. This secures the capital profitability at the time of exiting the investments.
We believe in providing our investors robust reporting and governance rights throughout the development stages, while having our interests fully aligned with theirs through compensation structures that reward us when our investments are successful.
OUR ANALYSIS
Our disciplined approach and fundamental analysis looks at risk adjusted returns. This allows us to take advantage of underpriced opportunities and avoid any overpriced ones.
We value infrastructure long-term concession projects based not only on its NPV and other traditional metrics, but on its potential and change management opportunities.
On Real Estate projects, we focus on the upside planning potential of projects as well as their value enhancement via its change of use and reconversion.
Our team's in-depth knowledge of the markets we operate on allows us to spot the right opportunities, often before they hit the open market so that our investors are always satisfied.
OUR STRATEGY
In Real Estate, we focus on two strategies:
[1] Property development to provide significant capital appreciation over the short to medium term and [2] Investment in attractive properties with quality covenants and long leases to provide income and capital appreciation over the medium to long term.
On Infrastructure, we focus on long-term concession projects (including Public Private Partnerships), creating value on Greenfield and Brownfield projects through our team's experience in the sectors and regions we work in, as well as through partnership agreements with our international supply chain.

We proudly support Home4Home and work in partnership with TECHO
TECHO is a youth led non-profit organisation centered in Latin America & the Caribbean. Through collaborative work of families living in extreme poverty and youth volunteers, TECHO seeks to overcome poverty in slums.
TECHO firmly believes that poverty can be permanently eradicated if society as a whole recognises it as a priority and actively works towards overcoming it.
Therefore, TECHO pursues three strategic objectives:
(1) The promotion of community development in slums, through a process of community strengthening that promotes representative and validated leadership, and drives the organization and participation of thousands of families living in slums to generate solutions to their own problems.
(2) Fostering social awareness and action, with special emphasis on generating critical and determined volunteers working with the families living in slums while involving different social entities.
(3) Political advocacy that promotes necessary structural changes to ensure that poverty does not continue reproducing, and that it begins to decrease rapidly.
